General Functions
As the centralized management section of JZMU, Office of International Exchange and Cooperation (Office of Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan Affairs) implement educational foreign policy and be responsible for Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan affairs.
Specific Functions
1. Being responsible for assisting the university to formulate and implement international strategic development plans and programs, to perfect rules and regulations in international collaboration area;
2. Being responsible for the mastermind, development and management of international exchange and cooperation;
3. Being responsible for assisting foreign faculty in residence permit application or extension.;
4. Being responsible for the process and centralized management of exit programs on public duty;
5. Being responsible for the approval report and centralized management of government-sponsored overseas education;
6. Being responsible for the mastermind, implementation and centralized management of receiving foreign visitors;
7. Being responsible for the approval and management of international conferences held by relevant sections of the university;
8. Being responsible for Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan affairs.
